The exterior of the home features stucco covered in a premium rubberized flex paint, architectural shingle roof, and professional landscaping. The myriad of rich Mahogany louvered windows and 22 Mahogany French doors are accented with multiple brass and antique brass hardware.

GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor features over 2,000 sq. ft. of protected storage and houses the full-home water purification system, triple water pressure tanks, grey water treatment system, automated compost system, and compressors for four-zone AC system. The rear of the home features 20,000 liters of water storage fed by an extensive rain catchment system. The roof of the staircase leading to the second floor acts as a support for three solar hot water heaters with 120 GL capacity.

FIRST FLOOR: Two carved Mahogany doors, featuring the Mayan War God and Mayan Sea God, welcome you at the entryway.

Step into a massive 1,200 sq. ft. Great Room featuring exotic Sapodilla hardwood flooring integrated with rich imported marble. The Sitting Area features two sets of imported teak and wicker chairs and loveseats, custom cedar book shelves and a display table with Mayan Artifacts found while excavating for construction. The Dining Area features a custom dining table constructed of recovered antique hardwoods and Mahogany chairs.

A dramatic 26' Arching Eating Bar welcomes you as you cross the room, and provides a unique vantage point to observe what's happening in the kitchen, and take in grand views of the sand-swept beach and ocean beyond.

The commercial grade Chefs Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and custom Mahogany cabinetry. Key components include a 10-burner Vulcan stove, 48" Imperial griddle, 36" Champion griddle, True dual temp 49 cu ft refrigerator/freezer, large Butlers Pantry, and a triple bin stainless steel sink with professional sprayer.

The Theatre Room features seating for eight, Bose Lifestyle Surround Sound System, 7' screen, and a Sony Sideshot projector.

The Home Office features a custom Mahogany desk and is wired for LAN and DirecTV.

Two half-baths make it convenient to go, when you have to go.

The Laundry Room features Kenmore HE3 easy loader, water saving washer and gas dryer, along with a 5' folding table, and deep sink.

The Electronic Control Room provides a centralized distribution point for Satellite Internet, Satellite TV, Satellite Phone, and Audio and Video services.
