Done in rustic style with decorative pimento siding, varnished bamboo partitions and tropical hardwood floors on the upper verandahs and mahogany trimmed inside, sundeck and beautifully tiled (ceramic) downstairs kitchen, dining room and patio (2,160 sq.) of livable area downstairs and the same upstairs with ample storage spaces.

Accessible from the riverside by stairs and porch on the outside and on the inside through the kitchen consisting of:
One large master bedroom and bathroom with hot and cold shower and bath, with toilet facilities etc, sitting room, linen closet, his and her clothes lockers and lots of storage space. Floor- bedroom carpeted, bathroom vinyl tiled, with bed-sitting room of polished hardwood flooring.
Furniture: large mirrors, imported king size bedroom set of solid wood including ladies and men’s dressers and side tables with bedside lights, electric wall clock and wall ornaments, two side tables, large ornamental wall fan, two overhead fans with adjustable lights, window air conditioner, two standing, one remote control T.V. plus window curtains, and linens, pillows and towels.
Two large guest bedrooms with face basins, large mirrors and an interconnecting bathroom hot/cold bath/shower and toilet facilities, small cabinet, etc. One bedroom with two imported double bed and white bedroom set with dresser/mirror desk and two bureaus in black and white with gray carpeting and black and white vinyl tiling, window air conditioning and overhead fan with lights, clothes locker/closet, one of which also contains the electrical water heater for the house, small 13” Samsung color T.V., window curtains, bed linens, towels, pillows, etc.
Second bathroom contains two imported double beds, side tables, chest of drawers, drafting table, 4 drawer filing cabinet, window air conditioner, clothes locker/closet and over head fan with adjustable speed and lights, window curtains, bed linens, towels and gray carpeted floors.

Kitchen Area:
Large tiled kitchen 22 X 30 with ample varnished mahogany- kitchen cabinets, high level/ low level and counter tops, corner and island, including two cu ft. electric refrigerators, one 12 cu ft. chest and one 14 cu ft upright deep freezer. One large butane four burner stove and oven, dining set with six chairs, large microwave and all electrical appliances- mixers, blenders, can openers, toasters etc. Overhead adjustable fan and lights, swinging fan , two fire extinguishers, pots and pans and cooking utensils of plastic and metal. Crockery, glasses, and dinnerware of various varieties to entertain at least a dozen guests. Kitchen ornaments of brass, wood and copper etc Washing machine. Outside of kitchen, one large cement barbeque pit and a 4.5 standby gasoline generator on a raise concrete pedestal. Electric pump and water system for usage of river for toilets and showers and portable drinking water from three plastic rainfall collection vats.

Entertainment Area:
Tiled 28 X 30 room containing library shelves, fishing equipment racks and bar and dart board area out of polished mahogany and pine.
Two 7 ft. dining tables with six chairs each and one 4 ft square table with two chairs. All hand built corner 11 X 8 varnished mahogany paneled bar with overhead cabinets and counters with glass and wine racks, liquor storage, dry sink padded arm rails and polished mahogany step-ups.
One competition size pool table with solid ¾ slate bed in excellent playing order with cues, balls and racks and equipment.
One mahogany paneled dart board area with a practice board and competition board and set of darts.
Relaxation area consisting of a dark grey three piece corner sofa set nestled between
Ornamental library shelves with entertainment center and overhead 19” TV set on a metal swivel viewing platform. Three overhead adjustable fans and lights, wall ornaments painting and fixtures. White glass topped office desk and chair, white rattan living room set of tow arm chairs and a love seat complete with side tables and coffee tables.
Tiled 12 X 30 ft patio area open in front of entrance of first floor of house with plastic chairs and heavy duty metal drum barbeque.
Cabanas:
Constructed of tropical hardwoods with varnished mahogany screened verandah floor and carpeted living bedroom area and vinyl tiled kitchen and linoleum bathroom. Decorative pimento and wood siding and varnished bamboo and design paneling interior with an eight foot ceiling, clothes licker, fans and wall air conditioner. Painted galvanized roof to blend in with the Tropical décor to give a rustic appearance. Interior is an “Efficiency” design with 8 ft. screened verandah with plastic chairs mahogany dining table and hammock for lazing. One double and one twin size bed with pillows and changes of bed linens. Bathroom with toilet, face basin, and shower with hot and cold water. Kitchenette with butane four burner stove/oven, refrigerator, all electrical appliances including mixer, blender, toaster, coffee pot, can opener, pots and pans, linen, counter top 5 gallon drinking container (water) crockery and flatware for up to four people.
Similarly set up as Cabana #1 except it has one king size bed, two twin beds and single roll away bed.

All cabanas serviced by separate water system of river water for toilets and showers and separate water systems for drinking water from three- four hundred plus galloon vats.
Security/Handyman’s house and Laundry/storage facility raised 5 ft off the ground 12X 36 ft of tropical hardwood and galvanized roof containing spare tools, materials, lawn mower, chain saws, and gardening equipment and numerous other items necessary to maintain a working resort
