This hotel in its original configuration was one of the first hotels in San Pedro. Remodeled a few years ago it has been more of a hostile hangout than the quaint tourist location it should be. Complete with 19 hotel rooms, commercial kitchen, restaurant, beautiful streetside bar, office and another rental office this should be a great business for anyone wanting the perfect location for economic rooms.

The hotel has been leased for the past few years to a person that didn't really care about the rooms but the bar and restaurant did well enough to make his lease payments. The rooms are outdated but a little decorating would make a tremendous difference. All rooms are air conditioned with private bath.
